These are made by the artisans of Inga Awaska, a beading and cultural workshop created by Luz Maria Tisoy & Nestor Jacanamijoy Tisoy in Putumayo, Colombia where other members of the Inga community get together to spend time with each other and transmit stories of their home and peoples through one-of-a-kind beaded designs that carry traditional symbolism and meaning.
